About Learn Advisers

Learn Advisers is an educational consultancy authorized by Geetanjali Education. We provide educational counselling, university guidance, admission assistance, and related support services to prospective students. We are not a university, college, education board, examination authority, or degree-awarding institution. We provide admission guidance and support to help students connect with educational institutions. Our role is purely advisory, and all admissions are subject to the policies and decisions of the respective institutions.

Authorization & Partnership Disclosure

Learn Advisers is an authorized educational consultancy and admission support partner of Geetanjali Education. Through this partnership, we assist students in exploring educational opportunities. 

As an authorized partner, we are permitted to provide educational counselling and course guidance. 

Although our agency is an authorized partner of Geetanjali Education, all admissions decisions and eligibility assessments are determined solely by Geetanjali Education. The agency has no authority to influence or alter these decisions. 

Services Provided

Our agency provides educational counselling and admission assistance for students seeking higher education opportunities. Our services may include career counselling, course selection guidance, institution recommendations, document verification support, application processing assistance, and admission-related guidance.

We do not guarantee admission into any university or educational institution, successful completion of any program, examination results, scholarships, internships, employment opportunities, or placements unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Admission decisions remain solely at the discretion of the respective institution based on its eligibility criteria and admission policies.

User Responsibilities & Eligibility

Users must be legally competent to enter into this agreement. Applicants below the age of 18 years must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using our services.

Procurer agrees to provide complete, accurate, genuine, and up-to-date personal information, academic records, identification documents, and any other information requested during the admission process.

If any information or document submitted by a user is found to be false, misleading, forged, altered, or fraudulent, we reserve the right to immediately discontinue our services without prior notice.

Fees, Payments & Refunds

Learn Advisers may charge fees for educational counselling, admission guidance, or other consultancy services. Any applicable charges will be communicated to the user before the commencement of services.

We do not collect, receive, process, or retain tuition fees or any academic fees on behalf of universities or educational institutions unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. All university-related fees must be paid directly to the respective institution through its official payment channels.

Refund eligibility for consultancy services shall be governed by our Refund Policy.

Any refund relating to university admission fees, registration fees, or academic fees shall be subject exclusively to the refund policies of the respective educational institution. Our agency shall not be responsible for processing or approving such refunds.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, designs, documents, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Learn Advisers or is used under appropriate authorization from Geetanjali Education.

Termination & Governing Law
